Account & data deletion request

Use this page to request deletion of your StoryTime account and associated app data for Google Play Data Safety requirements.

Please include the email address used for your StoryTime account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account records.

What can be deleted

Deletion can include account profile details, login/session records, premium entitlement cache, reading progress, bookmarks, language/theme preferences, and guest records tied to your request.

Data kept and retention period

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Backup copies and security logs may remain for up to 90 days before automatic expiry. Records that must be kept for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, legal compliance, or dispute resolution may be retained only for as long as required by law or the relevant payment provider, such as Google Play or RevenueCat.
